Jamb Covers

The jamb system on Sun double-hung windows is integrated into the side jambs of the window. When viewing the window straight on, the jamb system is unobtrusive or concealed. It is visible from side angle views but it does not stick out and call attention to itself.

That said, white interior and black interior finishes benefit from jamb covers of matching color. Sun uses black jamb covers as standard on windows with factory-applied black interior finish: white jamb covers as standard on windows with factory-applied white interior finish; and tan jamb covers as standard on all other interior finish options.
