Production workers produce and assemble products through the following:
• operate and maintain machinery,
• ensure production standards are met as instructed,
• finalize products,
• prepare products for shipping, and
• keep the production area clean

Responsibilities include:
• following health and safety standards,
• maintaining a clean workstation and production floor,
• assembling products and parts,
• following production guidelines and specifications,
• finalizing and packaging products for shipment,
• operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment,
• monitoring products for quality concerns,
• working with consistent speed and accuracy,
• reporting any issues to the supervisor or group lead,
• performing other tasks as assigned

Requirements include:
• high school diploma/GED,
• able to work as part of a team,
• good communication skills,
• basic math skills,
• able to read or ability to learn to read tape measurer,
• physical dexterity.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:25pm.

Pay: Min. pay $12.00 per hour; Max. pay $13.55 per hour.

Benefits also include profit sharing and other bonus opportunities. All benefits are effective the first day of the month following 60 days from the employee’s date of hire.

Customer Service Representatives (CSR) act as a liaison between customers and production in order to assist customers with questions and orders.

Responsibilities include:
• Communicating with customers and Sales Representatives via phone, email, and chat
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Providing knowledgeable and accurate information to questions regarding products, pricing, orders, lead times, production status, and shipments
• Resolving customer complaints and inquiries
• Working with internal departments to meet customers’ needs
• Understanding and using various platforms, such as QuoteTool and MasterPoint
• Preparing orders and invoices
• Making quick and accurate decisions based upon training and procedures
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements include:
• Preferably Associate Degree, but High School Diploma is acceptable based on experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task, organize, manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:25pm

Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour
