Vinyl Exterior Colors
While Vinyl has many advantages, color choices are limited.
Vinyl inherits its color from the color of the extrusion. It is the color of the material itself. It isn’t paint or a finish that can wear off. In this regard, vinyl colors are very durable.
It is the same color on the exterior as it is on the inside. There is an interior factory-applied film option that can alter this but it is also limited. See interior colors for more information about this option.
Some manufacturers will paint their vinyl products but painting vinyl isn’t as easy or durable as painting other materials. It can be problematic and result in a poor experience for the owner of the home or building. Therefore, Sun no longer offers painted vinyl options.
