Door Panel Options
Bottom Rail Height
All of our standard door panels feature equal stile and rail face dimensions. A tall bottom rail option is available for applications requiring a tall profile.
• Standard Bottom Rail = 4-11/16”
• Tall Bottom Rail = 10"
Interior Inserts and Options
Our standard door panel is a full-view glass door panel. However, you can add Solid Panel Inserts to create a panel with a mixture of glass and solid surfaces to suit your project designs.
Interior Wood Inserts have a beveled panel and an additional horizontal rail. A variety of configurations are available (see below).
Exterior Inserts and Options
The exterior panel is a flat, clad surface with the option of adding a shadowbox grille.
The shadowbox grille is made from the same, low-profile, exterior aluminum bars used on our Simulated Divided Lite grilles. The shadowbox permanently adheres to the panel surface.
Bar profiles available:
• Low-profile 5/8”, 1”, 1-1/4”, and 2-1/4”
Color Options
In addition to the configuration options, the flat panel, the shadowbox, the door panel, and the door frame can all be treated with your choice of any Sun color. This opens up a lot of design possibilities. See our Exterior Colors page for color choices.
